All goods are supplied inaccordance with the following Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms
Dispatch - At Fun with Fabrics we have a variety of different items available and occasionally an item you have ordered may be out of stock on the date of your order. When and if this happens then we will send out the items that are in stock on the date of the order and only charge you accordingly. We will let you know if new stock is expected in within the next 7 to 14 days. You will only be charged for out of stock items when they are dispatched and this will be at no extra cost for postage charge. If the stock is not expected in then the item will show as 'out of stock' and will need to be re-ordered.
It should be noted that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone / colour / style and shape to their true appearance. This is unavoidable but we are happy to give a refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.
We want customers to be happy with their purchases.
Shipping in the UK - There is no minimum order with Fun with Fabrics. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class and are FREE OF CHARGE.
If Recorded delivery or Special Delivery are requested then this will be the only charge incurred ie Recorded Delivery approximately £ and Special Delivery £

Returns and refunds - At Fun With Fabrics we always to ensure that you are more than happy with your purchases. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives to you damaged or is unacceptable in anyway, we will make every effort to ensure that the situation is resolved. We want you to be happy with your purchases and will endevour to exchange items for goods of the same value, offer a credit note or in exceptional circumstances, a full refund.
Please make sure that any returns are in their original packaging, unused and well packed with the original invoice/receipt. This must be within 7 days.
If an item is damaged we need to be notified by email within 7 days of receipt to sam@funwithfabrics.com stating the problem and then a refund of the goods will be made within 30 days.
Cancellations - You may cancel your order anytime up to 7 days after receiving your purchase, and you will be reimbursed the full amount less the postage within 30 days.
If you wish to cancel your order, the item must be in 'as new' condition within its original packaging and with the original invoice/receipt. The cost of the postage will be met by the customer and a refund will not be given until the item is received by us and so it is recommended that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery as proof of postage.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products from Fun With Fabrics are represented as close to their true colours, styles, sizes as possible in the photos. There may be slight colour and size variation.

This website is for your personal use which is limited to viewing our product ranges, obtaining information about Fun with Fabrics and for the purchase of products.
No employee, third party involved in the administration of the website or director/representitive of Fun with Fabrics will be liable under any circumstances for damages or consequential losses whether such losses are foreseen, forseeable, unknown or otherwise ( including without limitation, any compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profit or anticipated profit, income or profit, loss or opportunity, loss of or injury to reputation, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties losses, loss of business, loss of goodwill or any damages of whatever kind) arising out of or related to and from the use or in connection with the use of this website or its contents.

We shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred through fraudulent activity by individuals falsely indicating to be employed or have any connections to Fun with Fabrics.
We make every effort to ensure that Fun with Fabrics website is free from viruses or defects. We cannot guarantee that your computer will not be damaged by use of this website or any websites accessible through it. It is your responsiblity to ensure that you have the right protection to use the website and to protect your computer from anything which may damage it. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage that may arise to computer equipment as a result of using the Fun with Fabrics website.
The links on the Fun with Fabrics website are links that we feel may be of interest to you the customer but we do not, however, have any control over their contents. We do not accept any liability in respect of use of these websites.
By using Fun with Fabrics website you agree to provide information that is true, accurate, complete and current and genuine personal details that are not impersonating any other person or company or act in a fraudulent or deceptive manner at any time.
Orders that are in stock will be posted within a reasonable time (usually within 48 hours - Monday to Friday and orders due to be posted or orders received on the weekend will be sent on the following Monday). We will wait for the payment to clear before the order is processed and then the order will be sent to the address that you have given. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Despatch date will be emailed through to you, as will any problems with completing the order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We can decline your order if we feel it reasonable that the processing of your order would be illegal. If we have already confirmed your order by email then we have the right to terminate the contract without any further liability to you.
The property of the goods will only pass to yo when we have received and processed the full, authorised and non-fraudulent payement from you. Until such time we retain the legal ownership of the goods. Once you have taken delivery of the goods ordered you are then responsible for any loss or damage to them. Upon receipt, we require that you examine the goods and you will be deemed to have done so. If your payment is refused by the card or processing operator, we are not obliged to fulfill the contract and may terminate it by sending you notice by email to the address you have given. We will not have any liability to you in respect of termination of the contract in these circumstances.
Recycled buttons, beads or fabric items will be described as seen. Colours, shapes, sizes, shadings and quality will be under the assumption that they have previously been used. This means there may be slight discolouration due to washing detergents. Any imperfections will be listed if at all possible.
Under the distance of selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel you order within 7 working days after receiving the goods. We are not obliged to offer a refund or exchange in any other circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.To use your right to cancel you must notify us within the 7 days by email that it is your intention and you must give your full details.The goods must be returned to us in an 'as new' condition. You are responsible for returningthe goods to us at your own cost. You are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to us. We recommend that you return the goods by Royal Mail signed for. All goods returned that comply with the above conditions will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods by us.Refunds will be given by the original method of payment.
All goods are subject to availability. If a pricing error is found on receipt of your order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and offer you the opportunity to purchase the item at the correct amount or offer you a refund. If an order is made as a special request or custom made then you do not have the right to cancel the order past the point of processing.
We try to ensure that the website contains accurate information, we can not guarantee or (to the extent permitted by law) do we warrant that the information on the website including but not limited to descriptions and colour match of our products be reliable, accurate, complete or error free. You accept that there may be minor colour variations concerning the goods and also that there may be inaccuracies or errors.
Fun With Fabrics will not be liable to you in respect of any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, or use otherwise than intended.
